All bookings for The Anatomist Escape Room by Escape The Past are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. The information contained here is for general information purposes only. We reserve the right to amend or adapt these terms and conditions at our sole discretion without prior notice
Please note that, if you are booking on behalf of others in your group, it is your responsibility to ensure that they agree to these terms and have all the relevant information relating to the booking. Escape The Past will not be responsible if group members are unable to participate as a result of you failing to provide them with all the relevant information.

Bookings are non-refundable but the date of the booking can be amended via email, provided you make contact at least 48 hours before the time of your scheduled booking. If you need to reschedule, please email: info@escapethepast.co.uk.
Bookings must be made online and in advance, no face to face or telephone booking is possible.
Additional group members can be added to your booking by emaling: info@escapethepast.co.uk . It is not possible to remove group members from a booking that has already been made.
From time to time we may offer discounts and promotions. Discounts may require the presentation of valid ID (e.g. Student ID) upon arrival. Where this is not provided you may be refused entry or required to pay a supplement to the original value of the booking prior to discount.
In some circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking. If we do so we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible and provide a refund or work to find a suitable alternative date.
Gift voucher to the value as stated, only valid for bookings at www.escapethepast.co.uk. Subject to availability at time of booking. Cannot be refunded or exchanged in any circumstance. Voucher expires 12 months after purchase. Only one voucher can be used per booking, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code or offer. Voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction. In case of redemption against a booking of lesser value, no change will be given. Bookings with vouchers are subject to these full terms and conditions.
It is essential that all members of the group arrives 10 minutes before the scheduled booking. Doors will open 10 minutes before your booking is due to start and no earlier. Please note that in cases of late arrival, the time available for your group to participate will be reduced. Groups or group members arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted.
The Anatomist is not recommended for those under 12 years of age. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Groups must contain between 2 and 7 members.
Disabled access is available by prior notice only. Please complete the relevant box during checkout, or email info@escapethepast.co.uk at least 48 hours in advance of your booking. While disabled access can be arranged, we regret that not all parts of the experience may be accessible to those with physical disabilities.
Participants must be willing to sign the liability waver upon arrival and acknowledge that they take part at their own risk. Some physical exertion may be required and some parts of the experience may not be suitable for those who suffer from severe claustrophobia.
If anyone in your group is pregnant or suffering from any significant medical condition, please make the Games Master aware before the experience begins. If you have any queries suitability of the activity, please email info@escapethepast.co.uk.
For the safety of all our visitors and staff, your group will not be admitted if any member is seen to be under the influence of alcohol upon arrival. Consumption of alcohol on the premises is not permitted.
We will not be liable for unforeseen loss or damage of personal possessions on the premises. Our total liability to you, arising under or in connection with the booking, shall be limited to 100% of price paid under the booking.
During Covid 19 we are taking care to comply with government guidance at all times. We are conducting enhanced cleaning between groups and limiting the number of groups who can participate each day. Attendees must follow all guidance as signposted and/or instructed by staff including, which may include; regular sanitisation of hands, wearing of face coverings, maintaining social distance from staff, only attending in groups that comply with current indoor social distancing guidelines.
