Are your escape rooms suitable for younger children?
We recommend our indoor Escape Rooms for ages 10+ due to the nature of the puzzles and the themes covered. For younger families, our outdoor City Trails are a fantastic option!
How long do the escape rooms last?
Our Escape Rooms take a fun-filled hour to complete. Our otdoor City Trails take 1.5–2 hours depending on your pace but can be extended with additional stops e.g. for lunch!
How many people can take part?
Our Escape Rooms can accommodate up to 15 people at once, while our outdoor City Trails can host up to 30. Booking for a large family group? Feel free to email us with your requirements and we’ll do our best to assist.
Can we book for a birthday or special occasion?
Yes! Our escape rooms are great activities for a family reunions, birthdays or any other celebrations. If you have any specific requests or requirements, please let us know when booking and we’ll see if we can accommodate!
Are your experiences accessible to people with disabilities?
We aim to be as accommodating as possible, but we regret that due to our historic basement location, some aspects of our Escape Room experience may not be accessible to those with physical disabilities. Our outdoor City Trails are fully wheelchair accessible and are always a fantastic option! Feel free to contact us for more details regarding accessibility.
Do we need previous escape room experience?
Not at all! Some families are hooked on solving escape rooms together, but if that's not yours, yet don’t worry - our friendly hosts are on hand to provide support (and clues!) whenever needed.
How scary are your escape rooms?
While our escape rooms have a distinctly creepy atmosphere, we keep things family-friendly with just the right amount of eerie intrigue. If anyone in your family group is particularly nervous or squeamish, feel free to email us for more information - we can tone down the experience further by prior request.
Do you offer family escape room gift vouchers?
We do! Our Escape Room Gift Vouchers make a really popular present for birthdays or anniversaries. They’re available for groups of 2-8 people so you could keep it private or make it a double date with friends!
